Responsibilities - Education Counselor

Provide guidance to students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and the admissions process Assist students in selecting suitable programs aligned with their academic interests and career goals Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and messages efficiently Conduct regular follow-ups and provide comprehensive support throughout the admission process Clearly communicate course details, eligibility criteria, and fee structures Maintain accurate student records and follow-up documentation Build and maintain professional and trustworthy relationships with students and parents
