Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Mumbai (Malad). The Educational Counselor will assist and guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Responsibilities include providing educational and career counseling, assessing students' interests and abilities, and facilitating their professional development. Additionally, the role involves conducting student consultations, addressing concerns, and supporting students in aligning their educational goals with their aspirations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education systems
Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counselling
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport with students
Experience working in academic or student support services is a plus
Post Graduate / Graduate with 2 to 10 years experience in Higher Education Counselling
