Role: Education Counsellor Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via

calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails

, and provide accurate course information. Counsel students about

career paths, course details, fees, job opportunities

, and help them choose the right program. Follow up with leads generated through

online ads, campaigns, referrals, seminars, and social media

. Maintain daily records of

inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions

. Achieve monthly

admission targets and revenue goals

. Guide students through the entire

admission process

, including documentation and payment formalities. Coordinate with the

training and placement teams

regarding batch schedules, student progress, and placement requirements. Participate in

marketing activities, seminars, workshops, college visits, and events

. Ensure high-quality student experience and maintain positive relationships. Manage CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (Any field); MBA/Marketing added advantage. Excellent

communication skills

(English, Hindi, Marathi). Strong

sales & persuasion skills

. Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable career paths. Basic knowledge of

IT career trends

(training will be provided). Good computer skills: MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

Experience

0-3 years of experience in

counselling, sales, customer handling, or EdTech

. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary

Competitive salary + incentives based on admissions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
