Counsel students about IT courses (Java, Python, Data Science, Testing, Cloud, etc.)
Understand student career goals and guide them to the right training program
Handle walk-ins, calls, and inquiries
Conduct counselling sessions with students & parents
Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits, features, placements, etc.
Lead Management
Follow up with leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Maintain proper CRM/Excel-based lead database
Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with trainers, batch coordinators, and placement teams
Schedule demo sessions & follow-ups
Handle student queries professionally
Communicate batch updates to students
Academic Support
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, placement drives & student activities
Maintain student documentation and admission records
Skills Required
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Strong convincing ability
Target-oriented mindset
1-4 Years on Experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
