Generate new leads
through telecalling, follow-ups, and field-level outreach.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the
CRM system
and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the
marketing and academic teams
for promotions and event activities.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality, communication effectiveness, and student needs.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA (Marketing/Sales)
or Graduate with a strong sales background.
1-3 years of experience
in education sales, admissions counselling, or business development.
Experience in the Gems & Jewelry industry
will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & Gujrati).
Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
