This role combines counselling, admissions support, and lead generation to help drive institutional growth while ensuring every student receives guidance tailored to their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Student Admissions Support: Guide prospective students through the admission process, answering queries and facilitating smooth enrollment
Course Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about courses offered, career prospects, and help students choose the right program aligned with their interests and abilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and reach out to potential students; convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up
Institute Spokesperson: Represent the institute professionally in all student interactions--whether handling admission enquiries, academic queries, or general institutional questions
Student Relations: Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective students, addressing concerns and providing support throughout the academic year
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and student interactions
Event Participation: Assist in orientation programs, admission drives, and other institute events as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Knowledge of designing colleges/schools and the design education sector (must-have)
1-3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, student support, or related field
Excellent communication skills--verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in education sector or admissions counselling
Background in design or creative fields (beneficial understanding of design programs)
Proficiency with computer work and student management systems
Experience with lead generation and sales
Multilingual abilities (Marathi and Hindi preferred)

Office-based role with fixed working hours (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
