Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective leads and respond to inbound inquiries.

Counsel students/clients about educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.

Maintain a strong follow-up with interested candidates until enrollment/closure.

Update and maintain lead database (CRM) with accuracy.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Provide detailed information on admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structures.

Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students/clients.

Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a tele-counsellor/telecaller/inside sales/counsellor (education industry preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Fluency in English and [local language].

Skills:



Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Good listening ability and empathy towards student/client needs.

Time management and organizational skills.

Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
