Position:

Education counsellor

- Provide expert counseling to IT fresher/experienced candidates regarding career opportunities, industry trends, and skill development.

- Handle a high volume of leads, assess their needs, and close deals efficiently.

- Maintain and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for counseling sessions, course enrollments, and student conversions.

- Proactively engage with students via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.- Provide personalized counseling and track each candidate's progress and success.

- Consistently meet or exceed targets set for lead conversion, revenue generation, and overall counseling performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the EdTech and IT industry to provide accurate information to students.

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and improve the overall counseling process.

Skills:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as an Education Counselor in the EdTech industry, specifically with IT fresher candidates.

- Strong experience in counseling and closing targets.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Solid understanding of the IT sector, including the latest trends, technologies, and career pathways

- Hands-on experience in guiding students on career paths, course selection, skill development, and job placement opportunities.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
