Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students/parents over phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person regarding courses, career paths, and admissions.
Guide students in selecting appropriate academic or training programs based on their interests, strengths, and goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of enquiries and conversions.
Assist in application and enrollment processes.
Stay updated with course offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for events, seminars, and webinars.
Handle queries professionally and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, HR, or related fields).
0-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or academic support (freshers with good communication are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong listening, empathy, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet conversion/enrollment targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in EdTech or Training/Coaching centers.
Knowledge of trending academic fields (IT, Healthcare, Management, etc.).
