Looking for Education Counsellors to work at Kolkata. Roles and Responsibilities
- Convert meetings to hot prospects
- Must be good in follow-ups.
- Generating walk-ins.
- Working on walking conversions.
- Responsible for student applicant conversions.
- counseling with parents, home visits (as per requirement)
- Candidate with strong communication Skills
- Team lead in the past would be an added advantage
- Experience - Experienced (2 yrs+)
- Ed. Tech / Direct B2C field Sales / Real Estate Sales experience must, good academic background, must have sales experience as an individual direct contributor.
- Fair and pleasant personality
- Should be sales oriented.
- Should be highly motivated and result-orientated towards the work.
- Interact with leads for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admission
- Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students and parents.
