We are urgently looking for an experienced

Academic Counselor / Career Specialist

to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic counseling or education sales and a passion for guiding students toward the right career path.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided scripts Explain and promote the academy's courses and benefits Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Qualify leads and maintain accurate student records Handle student and parent queries confidently Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies

Qualifications & Skills

1+ year experience in academic counseling or education sales Strong communication and convincing skills Good customer service and follow-up skills Ability to work with targets Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to work flexible hours if required
