This role involves engaging with prospective students who have shown interest in our courses, guiding them through the enrollment process, and converting inquiries into course admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for education and career development.

Responsibilities

Understand prospective students' educational background, career goals, and motivations for pursuing further education. Explain course details, curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students. Address inquiries, concerns, and objections from prospective students effectively to maintain interest and facilitate enrollment. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and conversion metrics. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
