Position: Educational Counselor (Female)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one?on?one and small group counseling sessions with students to understand their career interests, academic strengths, and aspirations Assess student needs using questionnaires, interest inventories, and interviews Advise students on course selection, college applications, and scholarship or financial aid options Develop personalized educational and career plans to guide students toward their goals Conduct workshops/seminars on study skills, time management, and career guidance Liaise with parents, teachers, and educational partners to support student success Maintain accurate student records, including session notes, progress tracking, and follow?ups

Who You Are Must?Have Qualifications

Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related) 0-1 year experience; internships or campus counseling roles welcome

Essential Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal ability Active listening and empathy; adept at understanding student concerns Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple student cases concurrently Comfortable conducting workshops and working collaboratively with teams Detail?oriented record?keeping and ability to maintain confidentiality
