Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to students and parents about various academic programs, courses, colleges, and career opportunities
Manage walk-in, call, and online inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Follow up with potential students through phone calls, messages, and emails
Maintain accurate student records using spreadsheets or CRM systems
Assist in converting student inquiries into successful admissions
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and institutional outreach activities
Support the team in achieving monthly admission targets
