Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused
Education Counselor
to guide prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and enrollment processes. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure smooth admissions and student satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Counseling students (calls, and online inquiries) regarding courses and career options.
Understanding student requirements and recommending suitable programs.
Handling admission-related queries and explaining course structures, fees, and schedules.
Conducting follow-ups with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintaining accurate student records, inquiry data, and follow-up reports.
Coordinating with internal teams for batch allocation and onboarding of students.
Achieving monthly admission and counseling targets.
Addressing student concerns and ensuring a positive counselling experience.
Supporting promotional and outreach activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Student-centric approach with a professional attitude.
