. The role focuses on counselling students, understanding their goals, and converting leads into course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries regarding animation, VFX, design, and digital marketing courses.
Provide course counselling, explain program features, career outcomes, and industry opportunities.
Actively follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Convert leads into admissions by delivering clear and compelling information.
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
Maintain student data and manage follow-ups in CRM systems.
Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional events.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation quality.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in EdTech sales, institute counselling, or course admissions.
Knowledge of creative industry trends (animation, digital marketing, VFX, etc.).
Ability to explain technical course details in a simple, engaging manner.
