Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Admission Counselor with

excellent communication skills

to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly explain programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options while providing outstanding support and building strong relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about academic programs, application procedures, and deadlines. Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs. Assist applicants in completing forms and submitting necessary documents. Maintain and update applicant records with attention to detail. Collaborate with academic and financial departments to provide comprehensive information. Follow up proactively with applicants to encourage enrollment. Meet or exceed admission targets as set by the institution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service is preferred. Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse students and families. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
