As anEducation Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals interested in IT education andtraining programs. Your expertise will help students make informed decisions about their learning pathand contribute to their personal and professional growth in the IT field.
Responsibilities:
Talk to students and understand their career goals.
Explain our courses, benefits, and job opportunities.
Suggest the right course based on student needs.
Make cold calls to reach new students.
Follow up with interested students regularly.
Help with admission process, fees, and documents.
Answer questions about study material, exams, and certificates
Keep records of calls and student details.
Stay updated with course changes and market trends.
Qualifications:
Graduate from any field.
Minimum 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, or support.
Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
