Requirement: Education Counsellors

Salary: ?20,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Variables: ?10,000 per month (performance basis)

Eligibility: Undergraduate or Postgraduate students

Conducting counselling sessions with students

Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities*
Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs*
Creating academic and career development plans*
Directing students and families to helpful resources*
Guiding students through academic improvement*
Helping students to develop transferable skills*
Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions, career planning and personal development*
Maintaining notes and student records*
