Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on available courses, certifications, and career pathways
Understand learners' academic background, interests, and career goals
Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, schedules, and outcomes
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication
Follow up with prospective and existing students
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales, academic, and support teams
Address student concerns and ensure high satisfaction
Participate in outreach programs, webinars, and counseling sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Counseling preferred)
1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or EdTech advisory roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
