We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth through B2B & B2C sales, cold calling, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Candidate should have a strong background in IT / consultancy / corporate sector with proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
Handle lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and deal closures.
Build & maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams for business planning & execution.
Represent the company at networking events & client interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years' experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B & B2C).
Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve & exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office.
Background in IT / consultancy / corporate sales preferred.

Pay: ?19,405.62 - ?37,357.87 per month
