Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, video meetings, chat, and email
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses or programs
Convert leads into enrollments while maintaining ethical counseling standards
Provide academic guidance to enrolled students throughout the course lifecycle
Address student concerns related to curriculum, schedules, assessments, and progress
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (leads, follow-ups, conversions)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, academic, and support teams
Meet monthly enrollment and retention targets
Conduct orientation sessions and webinars when required
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and career pathways
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred)
1-5 years of experience in education counseling, EdTech, or academic sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust with students and parents
Goal-oriented with a consultative sales approach
Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
