Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admission processes Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries Provide accurate course information and convert leads into admissions Maintain follow-up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Manage walk-ins, schedule counselling sessions, and support admission documentation Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets Maintain and update CRM records Contribute to center growth through effective counselling and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months to 2 years of experience

in counselling, sales, or education industry preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply Strong communication & interpersonal skills Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Basic computer & CRM handling skills
