Key Responsibilities
:
Counselling & Guidance
:
Interact with potential learners (via phone, chat, video call, or in-person) to understand their educational goals and career aspirations.
Recommend suitable courses/programs based on their background, needs, and preferences.
Sales & Conversion
:
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
CRM & Reporting
:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Provide timely reports and feedback to the team and management.
Collaboration
:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and academic teams to align on student expectations and feedback.
Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, pricing, and discounts.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or student advisory roles (preferably in EdTech).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Good to Have
:
Knowledge of the education sector (K-12, test prep, or professional upskilling).
Familiarity with EdTech platforms and tools.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
