to join our fast-growing EdTech team. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to understand their educational goals and recommend the right courses or learning paths to help them succeed. You will be instrumental in driving enrollment and building long-term learner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Engage with prospective students via calls, chats, emails, or video sessions to understand their needs, aspirations, and challenges.
Product Guidance:
Recommend suitable courses, programs, or learning paths based on individual student profiles.
Lead Management:
Follow up with leads provided by the marketing/sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Conversion:
Drive enrollments through consultative selling and building trust with learners.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, counseling sessions, and enrollments.
Feedback Loop:
Gather learner feedback and communicate regularly with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated with competitive offerings, industry trends, and emerging education needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in any field; education, psychology, or business preferred)
3-6years of experience in a similar role (preferably in EdTech, higher education, or student counseling)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English)
Strong consultative selling ability
Good knowledge of online learning platforms and digital tools (CRM, LMS, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Empathy, patience, and a learner-first mindset

Pay: ₹11,335.28 - ₹37,273.37 per month
