Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling:
Provide one-on-one or group counselling sessions to students and parents.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and assist in selecting appropriate courses or programs.
Admissions Support:
Guide students through application processes (domestic or international).
Assist in documentation, test preparation, and interview readiness (if applicable).
Program Promotion:
Present educational programs clearly and persuasively.
Participate in seminars, webinars, school/college visits, and education fairs.
Lead Management:
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report progress weekly.
Career Guidance:
Provide basic career counselling to help students understand potential career paths aligned with their education.
Coordination:
Liaise with academic institutions, training providers, and admission departments.
Coordinate with marketing teams to share feedback and improve lead quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an education counsellor, admissions officer, or similar role is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Knowledge of overseas education systems (optional, if relevant).
