Job Title: Education Counsellor (IT Team) -

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1-3 years (in counselling, IT education, or sales preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on IT-related courses and career opportunities.

Provide detailed information regarding programs, admission process, and career pathways.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Maintain student database and follow up for enrollment conversions.

Coordinate with the IT training team to ensure smooth admission and onboarding process.

Guide students in selecting the right IT course based on their career goals.

Achieve monthly enrollment and counseling targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in education counselling / career guidance / IT training institutes is preferred.

Ability to explain technical/IT concepts in simple terms.

Target-oriented with good convincing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,326.59 - ₹37,203.83 per month
