Lead Management:
Responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to nurture leads and follow up on potential enrollments.
Sales Closing:
Understanding student needs, presenting suitable programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process to achieve sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Building rapport with prospective students to foster a positive experience and encourage enrollment.
CRM Management:
Maintaining accurate and updated records of student interactions within a CRM system.
Collaboration:
Working with the marketing team to improve lead quality and with other team members to optimize the sales process.
Achieving Targets:
Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets related to student enrollment.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the educational programs offered to effectively counsel students.
