Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Education Counsellor

to guide prospective students about our Digital Marketing and professional courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, explaining course details, and supporting the admission process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins Explain course curriculum, duration, certifications, fees, and batch schedules Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions and demo classes Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth batch management Address student queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner Achieve admission targets while ensuring quality counselling Provide basic career guidance related to job roles and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads - preferred) Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under targets Comfortable with MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic computer operations
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in education counselling, sales, or customer support is a plus Passion for education and student success Target-driven with a positive attitude Good listening and problem-solving skills
