Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries from students and parents. Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures. Provide detailed information about programs, fees, batches, and institute services. Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups. Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation. Assist in sales activities, lead management, and daily follow-ups. Coordinate with trainers, admin, and management for smooth batch operations. Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and student interactions. Handle front desk tasks such as greeting visitors and managing basic admin work. Achieve monthly admission and sales targets set by the management.

Required Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counselling ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to handle students professionally. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria



Female candidate only

Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)

Freshers & experienced both can apply.
