The Education Counsellor cum Caller will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. This role combines academic counselling with telecalling responsibilities to guide candidates through admission processes, provide accurate information about courses, and support institutional branding and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
Guide students and parents about available courses, career pathways, and admission requirements.
Provide clear, structured information on fees, eligibility, scholarships, and institutional policies.
Telecalling & Outreach
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and leads generated through campaigns.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure timely communication and conversion.
Admissions Support
Assist in application form filling, documentation, and submission processes.
Coordinate with placement/admission teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Track and report student inquiries, conversions, and feedback.
Brand Representation
Present the institution/company professionally during calls and counselling sessions.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and webinars when required.
Maintain updated knowledge of academic programs and industry trends.
