Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students who have inquired about our courses.
Provide detailed telephonic counseling about our Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Stock Market courses.
Address student queries and guide them in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
Persuade students to visit the institute for an in-person counseling session.
Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure student engagement.
Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-up status.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversions.
Requirements:
Prior experience in tele-counseling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective students.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, or Stock Market courses is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software or Excel for maintaining records.
