Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. The counselor will provide information on courses, institutions, admission processes, and career opportunities while ensuring a positive counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational courses, career options, and institutions

Understand student interests, academic background, and career goals

Provide accurate information about admissions, eligibility, fees, and timelines

Assist students with application forms and documentation

Follow up with students and maintain proper counseling records

Coordinate with academic teams and institutions when required

Conduct counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or online)

Achieve counseling and enrollment targets ethically

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good counseling and convincing abilities

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to handle students with patience and empathy

Experience:

Freshers can apply

Prior experience in education counseling or sales is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
