Job Description

The Education Coordinator will manage the student and faculty education accounts, onboarding, sales support, and operations for universities and educational partners. This role is instrumental in providing educators and students with a positive user experience and building a successful education program.
A day in the life of our Education Coordinator:

• Provide support for account acquisition and sales for the Education Lab license

• Manage Educator Center account enrollment, onboarding for paid and free accounts

• Oversee the new student license verification program and student license distribution o Support Embedded Systems Course enrollment and access through Thought Industries (LMS).

• Support faculty with A365 classroom workspace management and student enrollment

• Manage customer support queries and concerns raised as per predefined SLAs across programs/ projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales operations experience

• Professional communication in English

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and numbers-oriented

• Ability to manage their workload with minimal oversight

• Proficient in SalesForce, DOMO, MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Lucid Charts

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

• Experience with Education Sales and Partnerships is a plus.

• Additional foreign language skills (German, Italian, French, other Asian languages) are a plus.
