Role Overview:
The candidate is responsible for guiding students and clients through the application process, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration regulations, and providing end-to-end support for education and visa services. The consultant ensures that clients meet the eligibility requirements, comply with the latest Australian immigration regulations, and receive personalized advice to achieve their goals. The role primarily focuses on onshore student counselling and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised advice and guidance to onshore clients and prospective students about study options, course offerings, and career pathways.
Assist onshore students in understanding program requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and deadlines for Australian institutions.
Stay current with Australian immigration policies and student visa regulations, and communicate updates effectively to onshore students.
Guide students through the entire student visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with visa conditions.
Help students transition smoothly into life in Australia by providing orientation information, accommodation guidance, and community resources.
Maintain ongoing communication with students regarding their application status, visa updates, enrolment process, and support services.
Address queries and resolve issues related to university admissions, visa renewals, or compliance matters.
Provide support to existing students throughout their educational journey, including assistance with course changes, academic challenges, or extensions.
Ensure all student records, documentation, and communications are accurately maintained in the CRM or student management system.
Promptly respond to calls and emails from students with accurate, helpful information.
Liaise and foster strong relationships with Australian educational institutions to facilitate timely admissions and issue resolution.
Participate in onshore education fairs, networking events, and student engagement activities to promote services and build rapport with potential students.
