Develop long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Coordinate with academic teams to resolve student concerns and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Gather feedback to improve sales pitch and counseling quality.
Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech, online learning platforms, and emerging tech domains.
