Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students and parents, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward the right course and college options.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to students and parents regarding admission inquiries.
Explain available courses, colleges, and admission procedures clearly and professionally.
Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right educational programs based on their interests and eligibility.
Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until closure.
Achieve admission targets assigned by the company.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Key Qualifications
:
Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream).
Experience: 0-2 years in counseling, telecalling, or sales (Education industry preferred).
Skills
:
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam/Tamil preferred).
Ability to convince and guide students confidently.
