We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Education Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in counseling students and guiding them in making informed academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding educational options, career planning, and admission procedures. Provide information about courses, colleges/universities, admission criteria, and visa processes (if applicable). Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study programs, universities, and education systems. Help students complete applications and prepare documentation. Follow up with students regularly and maintain records of interactions. Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred). 4 to 5 years of experience in student counseling or education consulting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of academic programs and admission procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM system
