Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)
About the role:
As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their
international educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding
students academic aspirations, providing personalised counselling to them and
recommending suitable educational pathways.
The charter for this role will include:
1. Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested in
studying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals.
2. Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academic
achievements, and interests.
3. Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs
that align with their academic and personal interests.
4. Provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout the application
process, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently.
5. Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students through
the required documentation and application procedures.
6. Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events to
promote study abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students.
Ideal Persona would:
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage
with students from diverse backgrounds.
2. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs and
aspirations and build rapport effectively.
Location: Bangalore (MG Road)
