Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and student-focused Education & Career Guidance Expert

to inspire, counsel, and guide students in making the right academic and career choices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert career aspirations into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students and parents in selecting suitable

academic courses and career paths

. Conduct

one-on-one counselling sessions

(in-person, over phone, and online). Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential students. Maintain follow-up communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Work closely with the admissions team to

convert leads into enrollments

. Stay updated on

education trends, job market demands, and career pathways

. Maintain student interaction records in CRM and prepare reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and listening skills in

English, Hindi, and local language

. Prior experience in

academic counselling / education consulting / student advisory

is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a

student-first approach

. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
