focused on generating leads through seminars and converting them into program enrollments for international job placements in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Outreach
Identify and contact nursing/paramedical colleges to conduct seminars.
Deliver impactful in-person or virtual presentations.
Build relationships with placement officers and college management.
Capture leads using QR forms, WhatsApp opt-ins, etc.
Candidate Counseling & Conversion:
Personally follow up with interested students via call/WhatsApp.
Guide candidates about the international placement process, documentation, and timelines.
Counsel and qualify potential candidates based on eligibility.
Drive registrations and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Reporting:
Maintain lead funnel in Google Sheets or CRM.
Track metrics: colleges visited, leads generated, enrollments achieved.
Share weekly/monthly reports and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions, or institutional outreach.
Must have experience in conducting seminars or campus activities.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
High energy, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business.
Preferred Candidates:
Male candidates only (due to field-intensive nature of the role).
Background in healthcare education, training, or overseas counseling is a plus.
