Education Advisor/Career Course Counselling Role WFO in GurgaonJob description :Roles and Responsibilities :Job Title : Education Advisor ( Home Counselling )Location : Delhi / NCRNumber of Job Vacancies : 51. Handle student counselling by calling and meeting at home.2. Identify students need and suggest or guide them with relevant courses3. Visit to prospective students & conduct face to face counseling sessions with parents & students4. Educate the students and their family members regarding existing courses, career options, and act as an advocate in connecting the students to these services5. Promote and market the company through educational fairs, webinars, forums, and other events. 6. Listen to students problems at all times, especially when it has to do with their academic, social, or emotional lives, and suggest solutions where necessary.7. Refer students to the best career advice and courses basis their inclination and profile.8. Work Collectively with the other stakeholders viz- UG Head, PG Head, Delhi Head, etc. 9. Serve as a guide for students when selecting/ applying for the courses10. Establish an excellent working relationship with the IMS Team and the studentsDesired Candidate Profile :Qualification Required :Have a Graduate degree or masters' degree from an accredited college or university with an aptitude towards counseling.
