Job description

• First point of contact for inbound and outbound calls.
• Promote and Sell company products by demonstrating the technical functions of the product as well as its uses and benefits.
• Maintaining regular follow ups with prospective learners.
• Actively seek out new opportunities through calling from new leads.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections in order to generate sales revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Details pertaining to lead discussions conversion should be updated real time on CRM software
• Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
