We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented
B2B Field Sales Professional
to expand our business in the Pune region. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, the ability to manage enterprise clients, and a proven track record in B2B field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and business networking.
Meet decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, managers) to pitch company products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, demos, presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed reports of field activities, sales progress, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer support) for smooth service delivery.
Monitor competition, market trends, and new opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
Required Skills
Strong B2B field sales experience (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Good understanding of market dynamics and B2B sales cycles.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
