Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision makers.
Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and business meetings with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
Create and manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and report progress regularly.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience
in B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with senior management and key decision-makers.
Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
