We are seeking a motivated EdTech Sales Associate to manage student inquiries, guide learners in selecting the right programs, and support the full enrollment process. This role focuses on tele-counseling, lead management, and coordinating enrollments from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Provide clear and accurate information on courses, learning paths, fees, and enrollment procedures
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs
Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely and consistent follow-ups
Share brochures, fee details, and program-related documents as needed
Maintain and update CRM records, including lead status and communication history
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student enrollments
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Comfortable with phone-based counseling and online interactions
Organized, proactive, and efficient in follow-up management
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
