Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated EdTech Sales Associate to manage student inquiries, guide learners on suitable programs, and support the complete enrollment process. This office-based role focuses on tele-counseling, lead management, and coordinating student enrollments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms Provide clear and accurate information on courses, learning paths, fees, and enrollment procedures Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students select the right programs Handle inbound and outbound leads with timely and consistent follow-ups Share brochures, fee details, and program materials as required Maintain and update CRM records, including lead status and communication history Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student enrollments Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory) 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Comfortable with phone-based counseling and online interactions Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing follow-ups Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
