Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Share clear and accurate information on courses, learning paths, fees, and enrollment steps
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads with regular and timely follow-ups
Share brochures, fee details, and program information as required
Update and maintain CRM records including lead status and communication history
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollments
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Comfortable with phone-based counseling and online communication
Organized, proactive, and strong in follow-up management
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
