Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Provide accurate information about courses, learning pathways, fees, and enrollment procedures
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students select suitable programs
Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups
Share brochures, fee structures, and program details as required
Maintain updated CRM records, including lead details, communication history, and progress
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Comfortable with phone conversations, tele-counseling, and online communication
Organized, proactive, and disciplined in managing follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
Availability to work Monday to Saturday
