focused on tele-counseling, lead management, and student support.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Provide accurate details about courses, learning pathways, fees, and enrollment steps
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs
Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups
Share brochures, fee structures, and program information as required
Maintain updated lead details, communication history, and progress in the CRM
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollments
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in
English and Malayalam
Comfortable with phone conversations, tele-counseling, and online communication
Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
Availability to work
Monday to Saturday
